With proper care and storage, your NIUD covers can be reused up to 2-3 months!
How long can I wear NIUD covers for?
We recommend wearing your NIUD covers for < 12 hours in any single session. Do not wear overnight to sleep – your skin needs to breathe!
Are NIUD covers sweat-proof or waterproof?
Yes, they are! Please do not to apply any skincare products like body oil, lotion or sunscreen before putting the covers on as it may affect the adhesiveness of the covers.
Are NIUD covers safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with medical grade adhesive. We recommend patch testing as some people could still be sensitive/ allergic to medical grade adhesive. Please discontinue use of our product if you develop rashes or irritations to the product.
I have large breasts, will NIUD Covers provide support?
NIUD Covers are meant to act as covers for your nipples alone and will not provide support to your breasts.
How do NIUD Covers stick to your skin?
NIUD Covers are applied with medical-grade adhesive that will stick to your skin. It does not rely on your body-heat.
My nipples protrude quite a bit. Will NIUD Covers help cover them?
They’ve worked in covering up nipples (even protruding ones) for almost all our customers!
Shipping & Delivery
When do you ship my product?
Orders placed before 9am on a working day will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 9am or on public holidays and weekends will be handed over to courier on the next working day.
How long will my delivery take?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working days. Delivery time may range from 2 to 7 working days depending on where you are based at.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped out!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses in Malaysia.
Do you provide free shipping?
We do offer free shipping from time to time – check out our banner and social media pages (Instagram / Tiktok) for the latest offers!
How much are shipping fees?
Shipping fees vary across locations. The exact shipping fees is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address!
Can I cancel my order / change my address?
All orders are processed immediately by our warehouse. Cancellations are generally not possible.
If you wish to change your delivery details, please contact us via Instagram or email to email@example.com as soon as possible. Amendments are only possible if your order has yet to be shipped.

Exchanges & Returns
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept change of mind returns. Exchanges and returns are only accepted where (i) there is a product defect; or (ii) wrong item(s) has been sent. In the event where you have received a defective product or wrong order (e.g. incorrect shade), please contact us for an exchange within 3 working days from delivery receipt.
Can I receive a refund?
We do not provide refunds. Replacements are available if you have received a wrong order / defective product. Please contact us via Instagram or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
