- Wear for up to 12 hours at a time. Do not sleep in them, your skin needs to breathe.
- Patch test first. Some skin is sensitive even to medical-grade adhesive. Stop using them if you get a rash or irritation.
- Prep: Put on your top or dress first. Adjust the straps so the bust fits snugly.
- Attach to your outfit: Peel off the protective film. Press the sticky side onto the inside of your outfit, not onto your skin.
- Scoop and lift: Gently scoop your breast up and toward the center.
- Press to skin: Hold your bust in place and press the Booster firmly onto your skin.
- Check: Make sure both sides look even and feel secure. Move them if you need to.
- Peel off gently from the outer edge after wear.
- Rinse with water and mild soap after heavy use or sweat.
- Air dry. Do not wring or twist.
- Store with the protective film on, in the original packaging, away from heat and dust.

Yes. Boosters lift and shape, so they work on every breast shape, saggy ones included. Your outfit matters more than your shape: pick a structured dress with a snug bust that isn't see-through.

No. Boosters are push-up pads that add lift and volume inside a structured outfit — they don't replace a bra or provide support on their own. If you want nipple coverage and a braless look instead, that's NIUD Covers.
Up to 12 hours in a single session. We recommend starting with 1–2 hours for your first few uses to let your skin adjust, then gradually increasing wear time.
Boosters attach to the inside of your garment as part of how they're worn, and ordinary fabric won't affect how well they grip. Very fuzzy or textured fabrics — wool, or sequins with loose threads — can catch on the adhesive. When you clean them, don't scrape or scrub the surface, and store them as soon as they're dry to keep dust off the adhesive.
We recommend a patch test if you have a history of skin allergies or sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
