We do not ship internationally at the moment.
Due to hygiene purposes we do not accept returns of NIUD covers. Returns are only accepted where (i) there is a product defect; or (ii) wrong item(s) has been sent. Damages on external packaging including the free magnetic box due to courier handling in transit, will not be entitled to an exchange or refund.
All NIUD products go through stringent quality control before they are on their way to you. However, in the event where you have received a defective product or wrong order (e.g. incorrect shade), please contact us here. Let us make things right for you with a replacement.
TL;DR – We do not provide refunds. Replacements are available if you have received wrong order or a defective product.
Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
