Exchanges & Returns

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept change of mind returns.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted where (i) there is a product defect; or (ii) wrong item(s) has been sent. All NIUD products go through stringent quality control before they are on their way to you. However, in the event where you have received a defective product or wrong order (e.g. incorrect shade), please contact us for an exchange within 3 working days from delivery receipt. 


Sustainable Packaging Policy

We practice a sustainable packaging policy, where we minimise waste from product packaging and shipping packaging. We have reduced packaging packing material such as honeycomb paper, foam packing peanuts, and bubble wraps. Occasionally, the reduction of packing materials may cause slight cosmetic damage (e.g. denting) to the product packaging during shipping. However, this will not affect the use and functions of our products. 

As such, we will not be providing any return or refunds for damaged packaging.

In the event that any of the actual products has been damaged during delivery, please send us an email at with the order number and clear images of the damaged item(s) within 24 hours from delivery receipt. Due to courier policy, parcels damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for an exchange.

Where refunds are applicable, refunds shall be processed via the original payment method.
